CALL FOR MA DEGREE APPLICATIONS IN PEACE STUDIES AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
AUGUST 2017 INTAKE ON GOING

1. Hekima Institute of Peace Studies and International Relations (HIPSIR), Hekima College, a constituent college of the Catholic University of Eastern African (CUEA), is now accepting applications for MA degree in peace studies and international relations. HIPSIR, located on Riara Rd Nairobi, Kenya, is run by the Jesuit Fathers (aka Society of Jesus, an international Catholic religious order) who globally operate over 220 universities and institutions of higher learning. With over five centuries of educational tradition, Jesuits are known for their academic excellence, a strong emphasis on social justice, and a holistic approach to education rooted in critical thinking and social transformation.

2. Our MA degree in Peace Studies and International Relations are selective yet diverse, as our students
come from multiple African and non-Africa countries and get exposed to global challenges and opportunities.

3. Students have the option of taking classes either during the day (9 am - 5 pm) or evenings (5:30 pm - 8:30 pm).

Candidates should have attained an overall 2nd Class Upper in a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or a higher degree in any discipline and should apply by 30th November 2017 for January 2017 and 5th August 2017 for August intake.
