The conference was held at HIPSIR 21-24 February 2017. Participants came from different parts of Africa as well as Germany. The conference was hosted by HIPSIR in collaboration with the Missio-Aachen, Catholic Bishops' Conference of Germany and the University of Frankfurt in Germany.
